Model UN is about creating the leaders of tomorrow

It's a fact - students that get involved in Model UN Conferences become better leaders, communicators, and researchers with the confidence to take on the most pressing challenges of tomorrow.
It's no surprise that every single one of the global top 10 universities have a Model UN team and host an annual Model UN conference.
In today's competitive landscape, universities and recruiters aren't just looking for good grades – they want students with real-world skills, proven resilience, and a global mindset.
We will help you become a better:
  • Problem Solver: Tackling complex global challenges from multiple perspectives.
  • Communicator: Commanding attention and articulating ideas persuasively in any forum.
  • Diplomat: Navigating complex discussions, building consensus, and influencing outcomes.
  • Researcher: Mastering the art of in-depth inquiry and evidence-based argumentation.
  • Team Player: Working effectively with diverse groups towards shared goals.
Beyond the classroom, Model UN creates an environment for personal growth, challenging students to step outside their comfort zones, empathize with diverse viewpoints, and develop the adaptability to navigate an ever-changing world.
HOW IT WORKS

4 Weekly Live Sessions With a MUNprep Coach

Each 30-Day Sprint covers one of the 4-key areas for MUN delegates

📅 1 Class Per Week + Handouts

Each class is supplemented with practical handouts and templates, giving you the tools you need to immediately apply what you've learned.

This approach ensures you build a strong foundation and see tangible improvements in your skills with every lesson.

 ↗️ Scale Your MUN Skills

Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned delegate, this program is designed to help you level up your skills.

We break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand frameworks that are immediately applicable to your next conference.

🚀 Small Cohort Sizes

We believe in accessible and individualized learning. That's why we keep our cohort sizes small.

This setting allows for more personalized attention, direct engagement with instructors, and opportunities for individualized feedback on your performance. You'll be part of a supportive community where your progress is prioritized.

🏅 Practical Skill Application

Our program is built on the principle of "learning by doing." Each lesson is designed to be highly practical, moving beyond abstract theories to hands-on exercises and real-world simulations.

You'll have the chance to practice new skills, receive constructive feedback, and build confidence in your abilities in a low-stakes environment.

Who is this program for?

Not everyone is going to be a right fit for the Teambuilder Program

You're a good fit for this program if:

New to MUN or feeling stuck: If you're just starting out or feel like you've hit a plateau, this program will give you the foundational skills and new frameworks you need to succeed.

Ready to go from good to great: For experienced delegates who want to refine their skills and become a more effective and impactful presence in committee.

Looking for a results-oriented program: Our weekly class schedule and practical approach are designed for delegates who want to see real improvement in their skills without a massive time commitment.

✅ Seeking personalized feedback: In our small cohort sizes, you'll receive the individualized attention and constructive feedback you need to identify your weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

You're not a good fit for this program if:

❌ You're looking for a broad introductory course: Our program focuses on actionable skill development in a short period. It's not a generalized overview of international relations or the United Nations.

You're seeking a passive learning experience: This program is highly practical and hands-on.

You want a program that guarantees a specific award: While our program is designed to significantly improve your skills, we do not promise you'll win awards. Success in MUN depends on many factors, including your individual effort and conference performance.

You want conference-specific guidance: While our sprints are highly applicable MUN conference skills, we do not offer specific insights for individual committee topics.
